Hospital Crisis Communication
Ongoing analysis and recommendations as to
strategy and implementation of hospital crisis communications – what
should be communicated internally and externally, who should communicate,
and the frequency and media to be used. Our initiatives may include
drafting documents, training in-house personnel, and/or representing
the hospital with local media.
Hospital Internal Communications
Counsel in communicating with key internal publics – the board,
physicians, employees, unions, etc., so that all understand the
hospital’s rationale in dealing with crisis. Support may include
creation of new internal vehicles, training of internal communications
staff, and drafting of key messages.
